All Natural Solutions LLC offers free shipping on all orders.
All orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Free shipping is sent by First Class Mail and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Expedited shipping is available for a fee; please contact us at (877) 250-2950 for a quote.
Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking; ANDS World will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages upon the carrier receiving them. We encourage you to insure your order.

How much is my shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail for FREE. Most orders are received within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Priority shipping and overnight express is available at an additional charge. You may contact us if you would like your order expedited.
I forgot my password, how do I recover my password?
Click your account link at the top left hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot password, enter your email address, the link will automatically send you an email providing with your password.
How do I return my product?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

**** Accuracy of Address ****
Incorrect addresses affect efficient delivery of your mail. It is the buyers' sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. All orders that are processed through Pay Pal and delivery addresses provided will be the address used for shipment. Shipping address will not be changed in any way unless buyer provides written consent via email ONLY. Email must be received prior to the package being shipped. ANDS is not responsible for lost packages, delayed packages, or, is-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping address.
All Natural Detox Solutions will attempt to ship all returned packages a second time. If package remains Undeliverable customer is responsible for additional reshipping cost.

We observe all National Holidays, therefore NO SHIPMENTS are made No exceptions.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. ANDS will NOT be held responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, incorrect address, etc.
In the event any orders that are running behind/ Back Orders
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, you will immediately be notified with anticipated shipping date. If you have order more than 1 product, the remaining order will be fully processed and shipped. Backorders surpassing 30 days will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon.
All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation/ tracking. Delivery confirmation/tracking services provides the date, zip code and time your item was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of the attempted delivery. Your must then follow the direction on refer to the PRIMARY CONTACT email to locate package prior to contacting All Natural Detox Solutions.
Your unique delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been processed & shipped.
International orders are not available at this time.
ANDS Return Policy :
At All Natural Detox Solutions we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 5-7 days of receipt of shipment via email or call us toll free 1 (877) 250-2950
No returns will be accepted after day 7 day.
No exceptions will be made to our return policy. All refunds will be issued on UNOPENED BOTTLES. Returns must be received within 10 days of confirmation of return. All returns must be shipped via the same method the package was sent to you. Return postage will not be refunded unless it our company faults that your package needed to be returned.
There is a total refund for all unopened bottles or merchandise (excluding shipping) that is purchased here at ANDS online store.
